Ease your way into the new year with a day of movement, meditation and deep rest. This new year retreat is the ideal way to set positive intentions for the year ahead, brush off any negativity from the year that’s just passed and replenish your energy, ready to start 2021 with zest and focus. The retreat will include movement classes to energise, rebalance and soothe the body; breathing practices to calm the nervous system; deep meditation to settle the mind. The event is suitable for all, including expectant mums.

A half day in-person, or 2-part online, workshop for women with core and pelvic floor dysfunction. This workshop will cover the fundamentals of core wellness, including building strength and stability, optimising the breath to support core wellness and improving overall body alignment.
