An evening of gentle, grounding yoga and deep relaxation

Escape the hassle and bustle of the festive season to enjoy an evening of gentle yoga, meditation and deep relaxation, from the comfort of your own home.

This online event will help you to drop into your physical body, tune out of the mental chatter and drift into a delicious state of rest.

After a year of  uncertainty and turmoil for many, this event is an opportunity to recharge your batteries and give yourself some much-deserved nourishment for mind and body. This event is suitable for all, including pregnant women, those who are new to yoga and anyone who needs some rest.

During the evening we will enjoy:

– A slow, grounding yoga class designed to release tension from the body;

– Breathing practices to calm the nervous system;

– A guided meditation to settle the mind;

– Deep rest with Yoga Nidra, or ‘yogic sleep’ to help you melt into a deep place of relaxation;

No previous experience necessary, just a need for deep rest, plenty of soft pillows and your favourite warm blanket to snuggle under as we drift into deep rest together.
