One to One Yoga

One to one classes are an ideal way to develop a yoga practice tailored to you and your specific needs. Held either in the comfort of your own home, or in one of our rented studios in Leeds or Wetherby, one to one classes enable you to delve deeper into a healing journey using intelligent movement, breath, focused awareness and relaxation as healing tools. If you are recovering from an emotional or physical trauma or simply want to improve your overall mobility and wellness, having a prescriptive yoga class tailored to your needs can be an invaluable investment in your wellbeing. Similarly, if you already have a yoga practice but you would like to refine it or take it to the next level, I would be happy to share my experience as a hatha yoga teacher, a dedicated astanga practitioner and teacher and a pre-and post-natal yoga specialist.

Before the first session, a full consultation will be carried out to establish what you would like to gain from the sessions. Any injuries or medical conditions will be discussed thoroughly so the session can be adapted to your needs.
