Pregnancy is a time of huge transition for a woman. As well as the visible changes in the body, there are also emotional challenges as a woman comes to terms with life-changing news, deals with hormonal fluctuations, fatigue, sickness and the pressure of functioning normally and efficiently during such a transition.
Our pregnancy wellness classes aim to bring mind, body and soul into balance so you can embrace the changes in your body, relax through times of turbulence and trust your innate wisdom as a woman.
Whether attending group pregnancy yoga classes, one to one pregnancy Pilates classes, or a tailor-made Mindful Movement programme, I will ensure you are given the tools you need to help your body move well during pregnancy, with strength and stability. By working with your breath and exploring your body’s movement patterns, you will naturally approach your overall wellbeing with awareness and clarity.
If you are nearing your expected due date, my birth preparation workshop aims to prepare you physically, mentally and spiritually for birth.
The following packages have been prepared to support pre and post-natal women:
Birth and Beyond – £395
- 1x Birth Preparation workshop
- 6 week term of pregnancy yoga classes
- 3x private post-natal one-to-one Mindful Movement sessions
Restore Your Core – £65 per hour, £295 for 5 classes
Please note Skype sessions are available for those who are familiar with the Restore Your Core online programme.
