A half day in-person, or 2-part online, workshop for women with core and pelvic floor dysfunction. This workshop will cover the fundamentals of core wellness, including building strength and stability, optimising the breath to support core wellness and improving overall body alignment.

A full day in-person or 3-part online course for movement and healthcare professionals. During the day we will look in detail at common core and pelvic floor conditions and explore a range of movement options to rebuild core strength and wellness.
