Personal data collected via health forms
All information provided will be treated in the strictest confidence and stored in accordance with GDPR 2018. Louisa will only keep your details for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Should you choose not to share information with Louisa Thomas, it may prevent you attending some classes and workshops.

Your contact details
For existing students who attend classes with Louisa, your phone number may be used to inform you of any unforeseen class/workshop cancellations. Your email address may be used to contact you with essential class information.
If you have registered your details with Louisa Thomas previously either directly via email or through the online booking system (TeamUp) you will receive regular updates about new classes, workshops and services. This mailing list is managed securely. Unsubscribing is a quick and straightforward process and can be done at any time, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
I also store data on spreadsheets for monitoring purposes of attendance at classes and for ease of reference if I need to send update emails about yoga.
Emergency Contact Information
Emergency Contact information is collected solely for use in an emergency, should Louisa Thomas need to contact your next of kin or give this information to the emergency services. This is the only information that would be shared with a third party, and only in the context of an emergency.
Security of data
Data I keep is stored with established reputable and GDPR compliant organisations/ providers. My spreadsheets are backed up and password protected.
