This is yoga with a difference.
All yoga classes focus on improving core integrity, supporting pelvic health, and building a strong and healthy spine.
Classes are planned with ‘intelligent movement’ in mind, so you aren’t just making shapes with your body, but connecting to the hows, whys and whats of every movement, in each moment.
Working through a range of accessible, but not always easy, flowing sequences, every class is designed to move your whole body, to increase awareness of how your body moves, and to help bring quiet and focus to your mind.
Whether you are new to yoga, or have been practicing for years, you will make new discoveries about your body, while cultivating a state of quiet awareness which you can take into your everyday life.
Each class begins with a guided breathing practice to help you ‘arrive’ and feel grounded. We will then work through some flowing, yoga-style sequences, sometimes moving slowly; sometimes with more pace, to help you feel longer, stronger and more connected.
We finish every class with a guided, deep rest, so that your body can integrate any new experiences, your mind can settle and your nervous system can have a much-needed reset.
You will leave the class feeling rested and refreshed, supple and strong.
