Core & More

Our popular Core & More classes are aimed at anyone who wants to build strength, improve mobility and exercise in a way that is safe for core and pelvic floor healing.

If you have completed a Restore Your Core® course, or are working through the online programme of RYC®, this class is a great progression.

Blending RYC® with yoga, Pilates and Hypopressives, this class is fun, flowing and functional. As it takes place on Zoom, you can join from anywhere in the world, and exercise from the comfort of your own home.

If you are new to movement, these classes are accessible and will progress you in a safe and encouraging way. If you have recently had a baby and are looking to rebuild strength and heal your post-natal body – even if many years after birth – this class is a great way to learn the fundamentals of engaging your core in an effective way while moving safely.

Finding a safe way to exercise when you have a prolapse, diastasis-recti or back injury can feel frustrating, confusing and daunting. These classes are aimed at helping you to work with your body, discover its blindspots, build strength and improve your mobility for a more comfortable and functional core. Every participant is watched closely, with feedback, guidance and troubleshooting offered where needed.

Classes take place on Tuesday 8.30pm and Friday 9.30am.
