Pregnancy Yoga

There’s no better way to connect to your growing baby and your changing body than by moving, breathing and sharing space with other expectant parents.

Our yoga classes are inclusive, nurturing and a real hub for the pregnant community of Wetherby, Leeds and Harrogate.

Every class is tailored to meet your body’s changing needs, to build strength, improve mobility and help ease aches and niggles. During each class we work through focused breathing practices to help calm your mind and prepare you for birth. We also enjoy deep rest, to help reset your nervous system and give you the best night’s sleep.

With an underlying focus on keeping your pelvic floor strong and healthy; improving your posture as it adapts to pregnancy; and ensuring your spine and core stay happy throughout, each class will leave you feeling lighter, longer and stronger.

Since I started teaching pregnant mums, back in 2011 when I was pregnant with my own child, I have witnessed the bond these mamas share, not only during pregnancy, but way beyond. A bond that is cemented by the open and frank conversations that happen in our classes; by taking the time to pause, unwind and breathe deeply together; by sharing the highs and lows of pregnancy; and by knowing you are not alone on this precious, but not always easy journey.
